Refund | Shipping | Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Hiztorical Vision Productions (HVP) purchase(s) on hiztoricalvp.org, you may return it to us for a refund. We gladly accept returns of unused, unaltered merchandise with all original labels and tags attached, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. Please note that all sale items are final, and items marked as final sale or accessories are not eligible for returns.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Accurate address information is crucial for timely delivery. Ensure all shipping details, including apartment/unit numbers, are correctly provided during checkout. If an address correction is needed after placing your order, please email us at contact@hiztoricalvp.org as soon as possible. Note that we respond to emails within 24-48 hours.
Hiztorical Vision Productions is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages.
- Delivery delays caused by courier services.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect mailing address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Refused Shipments: If a package is refused at delivery, any charges incurred by the courier to return the package to us will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:
- Inclement weather.
- Holidays or weekends.
- Natural disasters or courier exceptions.
Holidays are not considered business days, so please factor this into your expected delivery time. Once your package is handed to the courier, delays are beyond our control, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Presale Orders
Presale items are in high demand and may take up to 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. Customers will be notified of any anticipated delays via email. Please understand that presale orders are subject to extended processing times and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
International Orders
International orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. While we strive to ensure your package arrives safely, Hiztorical Vision Productions is not responsible for lost packages during international transit. Customs processes in the destination country may cause additional delays.
To ensure a smoother experience, we recommend selecting a trackable shipping option at checkout. This provides reliable tracking updates and greater peace of mind.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placement and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends may not ship until the next business day.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Billing and shipping addresses must match for order fulfillment.
- PayPal users must have “confirmed” shipping addresses to complete transactions.
